Lawful research and acquisition
Use DeletedBusiness only for lawful domain research, monitoring, brokerage, and acquisition. You are responsible for checking whether your intended registration or use infringes another party’s rights.
Prohibited conduct
- Trademark abuse, cybersquatting, impersonation, phishing, fraud, harassment, or deceptive activity.
- Malware distribution, credential theft, spam operations, or infrastructure intended to harm others.
- Automated scraping, reverse engineering, rate-limit evasion, credential sharing, or unauthorized resale of our compiled data.
- Interference with registries, registrars, providers, other customers, or service security.
- Use that violates sanctions, export restrictions, court orders, or applicable law.
Automated access
Use the API only within documented limits. Do not create accounts, rotate identifiers, or distribute requests to avoid plan limits. We may throttle, block, or require a commercial agreement for high-volume use.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse, preserve relevant records, suspend access, cancel an acquisition attempt, or report conduct where legally required. We will consider context and severity when practical.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to abuse@deletedbusiness.com with the domain, relevant URL, evidence, and your contact details. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
