Two acquisition services
A drop acquisition monitors a domain and may submit registrar purchase attempts if availability is detected. A brokered acquisition involves researching and contacting a current owner to explore a negotiated transfer.
Your authorization and budget
Every automated order requires a domain, maximum approved budget, payment authorization, and explicit permission to attempt a purchase. We will not knowingly submit a price above that approved ceiling.
Taxes, registrar fees, premium pricing, auction bids, renewals, escrow, and commissions count toward the budget only when the checkout or engagement agreement says they do.
No reservation or guarantee
An acquisition lock is a service instruction, not a reservation, option, ownership interest, or registry priority. Multiple parties may pursue the same domain. The current owner may renew, and registrars or registries may route the name to auction rather than general availability.
Purchase and custody
If a purchase succeeds, the domain may initially be held at the purchasing registrar or in a controlled service account while payment, identity, and transfer requirements are completed. You must provide accurate registrant information and accept applicable registrar terms.
Brokerage and escrow
Broker outreach does not guarantee a response or sale. We do not disclose your identity or maximum budget unless authorized. Completed owner transactions should use an approved escrow or registrar transfer process.
Trademark and use review
We may pause or refuse an acquisition presenting obvious infringement, fraud, sanctions, safety, or reputational risk. Our screening is limited and is not legal clearance. You remain responsible for professional trademark advice.
Failures, renewals, and refunds
We log material checks and attempts, but providers may fail, throttle, return stale data, or experience outages. Monitoring fees and transaction refunds follow the Refund Policy. We are not liable for an unsuccessful acquisition or lost expected value.
