Refund Policy

When subscription, monitoring, brokerage, registrar, and acquisition payments may—or may not—be refundable.

Effective July 27, 2026 · Last updated July 27, 2026
01

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent the next renewal. Access continues through the paid billing period unless the account is suspended for a policy violation.

Except where law requires otherwise, completed subscription periods are non-refundable. If you were charged because of a verified billing error or duplicate transaction, contact billing@deletedbusiness.com within fourteen days.

02

Acquisition monitoring fees

A monitoring or acquisition-lock fee pays for the monitoring and attempt service, not for ownership of a domain. Once monitoring begins, that service fee is normally non-refundable even if the registrant renews, a third party acquires the name, the price exceeds your limit, or a purchase attempt fails.

Before monitoring begins, an unused order may be canceled for a refund unless the checkout states that work starts immediately with your consent.

03

Domain, registrar, and auction charges

Successful domain registrations, premium-domain purchases, auctions, transfers, renewals, escrow payments, and registrar charges are governed by the relevant third party and are generally final. We cannot reverse a completed registry or registrar transaction.

04

Brokerage

Upfront research or outreach fees become non-refundable once work starts. Success commissions are due only under the brokerage agreement accepted for that engagement.

05

How to request a review

Email billing@deletedbusiness.com with the account email, transaction reference, domain, and reason. We will review requests promptly without limiting statutory consumer rights.
